About design supervision fees

 

New construction work (Building No. 4)

・The design and supervision fee for new construction is 12% of the total construction cost.

・The minimum design fee is 3 million yen.

 

*1 Design and supervision fees include structural design costs.

*2 If equipment design is required, equipment design fees will be charged separately.

*3 Land surveying, ground investigation costs, and various application fees are not included in the design fee.

*4 We will consult separately for projects where the total construction cost exceeds 100 million yen.

*5 We will consult with you separately regarding buildings other than Building No. 4.

 

 

 

 

Repair/reconstruction work

・Design and supervision fees for renovation and reconstruction work are 20% of the total construction cost.

・The minimum design fee is 1 million yen.

 

*1 If construction related to seismic reinforcement or structural construction is performed, a structural design fee will be charged separately.

 

 

 

 

Store/interior design

・The design fee for store and interior design is 20% of the total construction cost.

・The minimum design fee is 1 million yen.

 

*1 If construction related to seismic reinforcement or structural construction is performed, a structural design fee will be charged separately.

 

 

 

 

Timing of payment of design fee

・First time: At the time of conclusion of design/supervision contract work (20%)

・Second time: Upon completion of basic design (20%)

・Third time: Upon completion of detailed design (30%)

・4th time: At the start of construction supervision (20%)

・5th time: Upon completion (10%)
